At World Dance Academy, we offer weekly classes through monthly memberships, flexible drop-in classes, and the opportunity to try a class before making your decision.
We also regularly host events, camps, workshops, battles, and seminars. Learn more about World Dance Academy or see our upcoming events.

Sign up for the 2026/2027 season here!
Season Info
Our season runs from September to May, while selected classes continues in June (for three weeks). You can join at any point during the season and cancel whenever you like.
From 17–30 August, we offer Start-up Weeks: Drop-in offer, which do not require registration and give you the opportunity to try out our different classes at a reduced price.
Dance shows in may
In May, World Dance Academy hosts an annual dance showcase “We Move Together” featuring performances by our classes. Participation is entirely voluntary.
New sign-ups closes four weeks before the showcase. You are welcome to keep attending your class even if you choose not to perform.
Holidays and breaks
There will be no classes on the following dates:
Autumn Break (October 12–18, 2026)
Christmas Break (December 21, 2026 – January 3, 2027)
Winter Break (February 15–21, 2027)
Easter break (March 22–29, 2027)
Ascension Day (May 6, 2027)
Pentecost Break (May 16–17, 2027)
All dates are inclusive.
Registration
When signing up for a regular class, you gain access to one weekly lesson per class. Payment is made automatically on the 1st of each month.
We have no binding period, meaning you can cancel your membership at any time before the end of the month. Please note that already paid months and the annual membership fee are non-refundable.
Annual membership fee
World Dance Academy is an association and therefore a membership fee applies:
50 DKK when signing up during the autumn period
100 DKK when signing up during the spring period
The annual membership fee will hereafter be charged on January 1st each year, until you cancel your membership.
Would you like to support our association? You’re very welcome to pay only the annual membership fee — simply write it in the comment section when signing up.
Drop-in & Trial classes
Trial classes must be booked through Klubmodul. Simply click the registration link, choose the class you would like to try, create an account, and book your trial class.
Trial classes are not available for fully booked classes. We regularly update class availability in the Class Schedule.
Drop-in classes must be paid via MobilePay before the class starts.
Waiting list
If a class is full, it will be shown on this website under Class Schedule.
You can join the waiting list via Klubmodul. You will be notified as soon as a spot opens. If you do not confirm within 48 hours, the spot will be offered to the next person. Your waiting list spot will only be retained for two offers. If you decline a spot, you will automatically be removed from the waiting list.
Switching classes
Unable to continue with your current class or want to try something new?
You can switch classes anytime by sending an email to info@worlddance.academy stating which class you want to switch from and to.
Membership system
In our membership system Klubmodul, you can sign up for or cancel classes and keep track of your schedule. Here you will also find our calendar with holidays, events, and other important information.
You create your own user profile, which you will use for registration and communication via the sign-up link.
User registration must be done on a computer or an external browser on your phone.
The Klubmodul app can be downloaded from your app store and gives you quick access to your classes and the calendar with events, holidays, and more via your account.
Klubmodul unfortunately does not have an English version, so we recommend you using Google Translate on the website and reach out to us, if you have any trouble signing up.
Cancellation
If you no longer wish to be enrolled in a class and want to cancel your monthly subscription, you can unsubscribe via our Klubmodul page under ‘My registrations’ (‘Mine tilmeldinger’). Cancellation must be made before the end of the month.
If you experience any issues or wish to set your cancellation for a specific date, please send us an email at info@worlddance.academy. This must be done no later than 15.00 (3:00pm) on the last business day of the month in order to stop future payments starting from the 1st of the following mont

Please note: The monthly fee remains the same regardless of the number of classes scheduled in a given month.
Registration for multiple classes
If you like to sign up for more than one class, you pay full price for the first class and then receive a 30% discount on each additional class you register for.
All registrations for up to five classes can be completed online, and the discount will be applied automatically.
When you sign up for your 5th class, you’ll receive the 6th class for free.
Please contact info@worlddance.academy and specify which class you would like as your 6th class.
Workshops and courses
Workshops, pop-up classes, short courses, and special classes require separate registration and may have different prices.

Registration for multiple classes
When registering for a crew, this MUST be the first class you sign up for.
All registrations are done online, and discounts are applied automatically.
When you sign up for your 2nd class, you will receive a 3rd class completely free.
Please contact info@worlddance.academy and specify which class you like as your 3rd class.

Drop-in classes must be paid for via MobilePay [31411 – Global Kidz / World Dance Academy] before the class begins. Please write “Drop-in + class number” in the comment field and show your payment receipt to the teacher upon arrival.
Trial class (single class payment)
You can book a trial class for 75 DKK. All trial classes must be booked through Klubmodul and are limited to one trial class per person, per class.
Please note that booking a trial class does not guarantee you a place in the class.
